These four bits provide an indication to the
number of devices within the IC; where the
number of devices is 2 ^ (ID15-12). The
MT9071A has four transceivers.
This byte allows user software to track device
variances, revisions and capabilities, and
provide system variations, if necessary.
The ID Code for the MT9071A is hex 20F0.
