82454KX/GX (PB)
The PB (both PBs in an 82454GX dual PB system) defaults to a PCI Bus Number equal to 0 after power-on
reset. The MC is hard coded to bus number 0.
Note that the 82454 does not support
programmable special cycles of the PCI specification 2.0.
