A bit set to 1 indicates the receive framer has recently received the given errored event.

Description
Line Format Violation (LFV).
A 1 indicates the receive framer detected a line format violation.
Frame-Bit Error (FBE).
A 1 indicates the receive framer detected a frame-bit or frame alignment pattern
error.
Change of Frame Alignment (CFA).
A 1 indicates the receive framer established a new alignment that
differs from the previous alignment.
Receive Elastic Store Slip: Buffer Overflow (SLIP_O).
A 1 indicates the receive elastic store
performed a control slip due to an elastic buffer overflow condition.
Receive Elastic Store Slip: Buffer Underflow (SLIP_U).
A 1 indicates the receive elastic store
performed a control slip due to an elastic buffer underflow condition.
CEPT Frame Shift (CFSHT).
A 1 indicates a 1-bit frame shift event on the received framer as required
by the Dutch PTT.
Line Loopback On Code Detect (LLBON).
A 1 indicates the receive framer detected the line loopback
enable code. This code is defined in the AT&T Technical Reference 62411 as a framed 001 pattern
where the frame bit is inserted into the pattern. This bit is 0 in the CEPT mode.
Line Loopback Off Code Detect (LLBOFF).
A 1 indicates the receive framer detected the line loopback
disable code. This code is defined in the AT&T Technical Reference 62411 as a framed 00001 pattern
where the frame bit is inserted into the pattern. This bit is 0 in the CEPT mode.
