Electrical Characteristics
T his chapter presents electrical and timing information for the SYM53C810A, using tables and timing
diagrams. Table 7-1 through Table 7-11 list the stress ratings, operating conditions, and DC characteris-
tics of the SYM53C810A. Table 7-12 and Figure 7-1 through Figure 7-5 show the effect of TolerANT
technology on the DC characteristics of the chip.T he following section of this chapter presents the AC
characteristics of the SYM53C810A . T he chip timings are presented in two sections. T he first is the PCI
and external memory interface, followed by the SCSI interface timings.
