Mode Bit
0Timer do not reload the initial count value until reaches to zero. Timer interrupt
arises immediately when enable the timer.
1Timer reload the initial count value while the timer is disabled if the timer is
configured as single or cyclic mode. Timer interrupt arises when the count value
reaches to zero.

This is a write-only port to clear the interrupt flag for timers 1 and 3. Use the Timer Index Register,
PT[7Ch], to select one of these timers. The value written is a don’t care.
