values for best looking.
User can select the dithering type to smooth and get to colorfully by these two bits.

This bit is used to select the dither algorithm method. A logical 0 select the color modulation bit to
be the next bit of the two selected dithering bits in bit 5-6 of this register. A logical 1 select the color
modulation bit to be the LSB of the color data.
