When the MT90500 is used to transmit CBR-AAL5 cells, additional register programming is required to
properly initialize the TX_SAR and the schedulers to send cells containing 32-bit CRCs. Regardless of which
scheduler(s) is (are) to be used for transmission of the ATM cells, the following initialization settings must be
made:
TX_SAR End Ratio Register - Scheduler A at 0x2014: set bits<7:6> = “01”.
TX_SAR End Ratio Register - Scheduler B at 0x2024: set bits<7:6> = “10”
TX_SAR End Ratio Register - Scheduler C at 0x2034: set bits<7:6> = “11”
