Temporal Decimation Register
Memory Mapped Location 0x008 – (TDEC)
Upon reset it is initialized to 0x00. DEC_RAT(0) is the least significant bit. This register enables temporal decimation
by discarding a finite number of fields or frames from the incoming video.
MSB Cropping Register
Memory Mapped Location 0x00C – Even Field (E_CROP)
Memory Mapped Location 0x08C – Odd Field (O_CROP)
Upon reset it is initialized to 0x12. HACTIVE_MSB(0) is the least significant bit. See the VACTIVE, VDELAY,
HACTIVE and HDELAY registers for descriptions on the operation of this register.
