GPO Data
The GPO data register has GPO output data that is put on the external pins. This value can be read
also. Each GPO has nothing to do with same numbered GPI, which means independent operation.

The GPIO direction register controls the direction of GPIO pins and chooses the function of GPIs
and GPOs.
