The second set of statistics
The second set is composed of the following statistics :
Minimum and Maximum Period CLP
P
Ingress Sustained Cell Rate Violation Count CLP
P
Ingress Maximum Burst Size CLP
P
These statistics are managed with the help of the IE_SDRAM component.
This second set of statistics requires the use of two timing references :

One 32-bits Timeslot Counter

, incremented once every timeslot (34 esclk period)

One 32-bits Second Counter
Second_Time
Both counter are free running counter. The Second Counter will roll over after 136 years. The Timeslot Counter will roll
over after 48 minutes.
