LCD driver output
The maximum output number of the HTG2150
LCD driver is 8 40. The LCD driver bias type is
R type,noexternalcapacitorisrequiredandthe
bias voltage is 1/4 bias. Some of the Segment out-
puts share pins with another pins, PB4~PB7
(SEG33~SEG36), INT (SEG37), XOUT (SEG38),
XIN (SEG39). Whether segment output or I/O pin
canindividuallybedecidedbymaskoption.
LCD driver output can be enabled or disabled by
settingtheLCD(bit6ofLCDC;2EH)withoutthe
influence of the related memory condition. There
is a special function for LCD display, which is Ro-
tate function. There are 8 kinds of Rotate func-
tion, (usercanchangethedataoftheSS0toSS3.)
An example of an lcd driving waveform (1/8
duty, 1/4 bias) is shown below.
