DESCRIPTION
The S1C621A0 is a single-chip microcomputer which uses
an S1C6200A CMOS 4-bit CPU as the core. It contains a
4,096 (words)
× 12 (bits) ROM, 208 (words) × 4 (bits) RAM,
LCD driver circuit, remote-control carrier output circuit,
time base counter, analog comparator, and watchdog timer.
The S1C621A0 offers a superb solution to infrared remote
controller and other applications requiring low power con-
sumption.
