Device Identification Code Register

The device identification code register identifies the silicon version, the technology family (TF), a ROM or flash
device, and an assigned device-specific part number (see
Figure 4). The A384 device identification code register
value is 0x096F.

The assigned device-specific part number for the A384 device is 0101101.
