Cautions regarding set timing
Master receive operation: Setting during transmission is prohibited.
Set ACKE0 = 0; Can be set only after end of receive operation has been notified to slave.
Master send operation: Note that start condition may not be generated normally during ACK period.
Setting at the same time as SPT0 is prohibited.

Functions as start condition reservation flag. When set, automatically generates start
condition after bus is released.
Note
This flag's signals are made invalid by setting SMBE0 = 0.
