BRGC20 is used to specify the serial clock for serial interface 20.
BRGC20 is manipulated using an 8-bit memory manipulation instruction.
A RESET input clears BRGC20 to 00H.

Cautions 1.
Any attempt to write to BRGC20 during communication adversely affects the output of the
baud rate generator, thus hampering normal operation. Therefore, do not write to BRGC20
during communication.

= 5.0 MHz, as n = 1 causes the rated baud rate to be
exceeded.
When the external input clock is selected, set port mode register 2 (PM2) in input mode.
