Down-samples the Cr signal only in R656, R601 or 4:1:1 Modes using 1/4 the main
clock.
1: Down-samples the Y signal in all modes other than R656 or R601 Modes.
Down-samples the Cr signal in all modes other than R656, R601, 4:4:4 or 4:1:1 Modes using 1/4
the main clock.
REG7: Enables/Disables QDSEL0 for the Cr signal.
0 (default): Disables QDSEL0.
1: Enables QDSEL0.
REG8: Enables/Disables QDSEL1 for the Cr signal.
0 (default): Disables QDSEL1.
1: Enables QDSEL1.
QDSEL [1:0]: Sets the sampling point for when the Cr signal is down-sampled.
