Using the On-Board Crystal Oscillators
The MPC92474 features two fully integrated Pierce
oscillators to minimize system implementation costs. Other
than the addition of a crystal no external components are
required.The crystal selection should be 10 to 20 MHz,
parallel resonant crystal type with a load specification of
CL =10pF.
The crystal should be located as close to the MPC92474
XTAL_IN and XTAL_OUT pins as possible to avoid any board
level parasitic.
Table 10 specifies the performance requirements of the
crystals to be used with the MPC92474.
