STAT: Status Register (continued)
TVOU
(TVO Full Bit)—If the value of this bit is 1, data is loaded in all 512 words of the TVO Test Data Mem-
ory (FIFO) (buffer). If the value of this bit is 0, data is loaded in less than 512 words of the TVO FIFO
(including the possibility that it is empty).
TVOM
(TVO Empty Bit)—If the value of this bit is 1, data is loaded in none of the words of the TVO Test Data
Memory (FIFO) (buffer). If the value of this bit is 0, data is loaded in some of the 512 words of the TVO
FIFO (including the possibility that it is full).
TVIU
(TVI Full Bit)—If the value of this bit is 1, data is loaded in all 512 words of the TVI Test Data Memory
(FIFO) (buffer). If the value of this bit is 0, data is loaded in less than 512 words of the TVI FIFO
(including the possibility that it is empty).
TVIM
(TVI Empty Bit)—If the value of this bit is 1, data is loaded in none of the words of the TVI Test Data
