nonlocal bus nodes are accepted.
RSC If this bit is set, requests received by the FW323 from local bus node 62 will be
handled through the physical request context.
RSC If this bit is set, requests received by the FW323 from local bus node 61 will be
handled through the physical request context.
RSC If this bit is set, requests received by the FW323 from local bus node 60 will be
handled through the physical request context.
