When I/O port 60h is read, “0” is set by the HC. When
IRQEn has been set and AuxOutputFull has been set to
“0”, IRQ1 occurs as long as this bit’s value is “1”. When
IRQEn has been set and AuxOutputFull has been set to
“1”, IRQ12 occurs as long as this bit’s value is “1”. When
this bit’s value is “0” and HceControl’s CharacterPending
value is “1”, the emulation interrupt condition has been
met.

address 60h and 64h, except in the case of the GateA20
sequence. When this bit’s value is “1”, the emulation
interrupt condition has been met as long as emulation is
enabled.
