Basics of the IrDA Definitions
The data lines are multiplexed with the transmitter
and receiver signals and separate clocks are used
since the transceivers respond to the same address.
When no infrared communication is in progress and
the serial bus is idle, the IRTX line is kept low and
IRRX is kept high.
