Five Volt Tolerant Output: drivers allowed to drive external loads between 0V and 3.3V while being supplied at 3.3V having the
ability to sustain 5V signals when tristated.
These are normal Voltage and extended temperature specifications
TTL specification only; Vdd from 3.0 V to 3.6 V
Temperature Ambient from -55 to 125 degrees Centigrade
