3. Thermo-sensor (T-SENSE)
Kindly see the figure below that shows the relationship between the detected ambient temperature (T) and the
generated output voltage (VT) in the T-SENSE.

VT is 2.2V (Typ.) at -40

C and 0.0V at 85

C above and has the distribution due to each LSI. However it is
possible to cancel the distributed offset voltage arising in the T-SENSE among LSIs by setting the data (D4
~
D0)
in RINT register. The offset cancel voltage (Reference) corresponding to the data (D4
~
D0) in RINT register is
shown in the table below.
