Enable Stick Channel B.
When this bit is set to 0, all the logic and circuits including DLLs and clock
generator associated with channel B are turned off. This bit must not be turned on and off dynamically.
Once the BIOS determines there are devices on channel B it can set this bit to 1 to activate that
channel.

Enable Stick Channel A.
When this bit is set to 0, all the logic and circuits including DLLs and clock
generator associated with channel A are turned off. This bit must not be turned on and off dynamically.
Once the BIOS determines there are devices on channel A it can set this bit to 1 to activate that
channel.
