12.1
Test board
For high frequency measurements, a special test board
with only a few external components can be built. It utilizes
the internal positive feedback of the output signals during
output clamping with control bit FPOL = 1. Figure 17
shows the test circuit and Figs 18 and 19 show the layout
and mounting of the double-sided printed-circuit board.
Most components are SMD-type. Short HF loops and
minimum crosstalk between channels and between signal
inputs and outputs are achieved by using properly shaped
ground areas.
