Subroutine: CPT Generation Start
Purpose:
Prepares the data for main part of CPT generation subroutine and schedules the
routine for the next frame. CPT generation utilizes a look-up table to generate up
to two frequencies without interpolation.

1. Checks if CPT time-slot control word is set for present time-slot or if it is 0xCCCC. (Writing 0xCCCC to
address 0x05EF copies the tone information programmed into 0x05F0

If not: finishes and calls RX path inactive.
2. Copies control data from CPT control area to CPT operation area for present time slot. Changes RX rtn
address for tgen. Changes TS info. table + 0x10 value. Blanks out RX buffers. Calls RX path inactive.
Operation:
1. Uses a0=ybase value for calculating the control area pointer.
2. Calculates output value and calls rx_in (part of RX path active).
Started by:
host sets rx_rtn address to 0x1000
Terminated by:
host sets the rx_rtn address to RX path inactive routine.
