This command disables all NT1 functions on the board. This permits the user to have total manual control
over maintenance channels on the NT via the nibble and byte register commands.

This command enables the functional NT1. This means that maintenance channel messages are also
automatically serviced by the MCU. This is the default condition of the EVK after a reset.

NRL — Read/Write LT U-Interface Transceiver Nibble Register

All three digits required, no spaces, for write to nibble register 6.
The NRL command reads or writes any of the seven registers in the nibble register memory map on the
LT side U-Interface Transceiver. The command defaults to a read of the specied register. The register
number is entered as a decimal number. When a valid hexadecimal character follows the register number
written to, the specied register is updated and the contents are echoed to the terminal. The eoc register,
R6, is accessed by entering NRL 6 [ddd]. This reads/writes the eoc (R6) register which is a 12-bit register
appearing in the nibble register memory map.
