In this mode, YCbCr data is in 4:2:2 format, with Cb and Cr multiplexed on the CR pins, and the data rate of Y, Cb and Cr is reduced
by an additional factor of two. The decimation method for forward conversion is illustrated in Figure 17, and the interpolation method
for inverse conversion in Figure 18.
