Transmitter ON:
This bit permits the user to either turn on or turn off the Transmit
Driver of XRT86VL38. If the user turns on the Transmit Driver, then
XRT86VL38 will begin to transmit T1 data (on the line) via the TTIP
and TRING output pins.
Conversely, if the user turns off the Transmit Driver, then the TTIP
and TRING output pins will be tri-stated.
0 = Shuts off the Transmit Driver associated with the XRT86VL38
device and tri-states the TTIP and TRING output pins.
1 = Turns on the Transmit Driver associated with the XRT86VL38
device.

:
If the user wishes to exercise software control over the state
of the Transmit Driver of the XRT86VL38, then it is
imperative that the user pull the TxON pin to a logic “HIGH”
level.
