Lucent’s Phone-On-A-ChipChip Set
The Phone-On-A-Chipis a two-chip solution, with a clear roadmap for the single-chip solution. The development kit
includes BSP (board support package), device drivers, network protocols,
VoIP
protocols, voice codecs, jitter
buffer, and acoustic echo cancellation algorithms. Table 1 gives a summary of the characteristics of the chip set.
