Identify-Drive - ECH
The Identify-Drive command enables the host to receive parameter information from the NAND
Controller. This command has the same protocol as the Read-Sector(s) command. The parameter
words in the buffer have the arrangement and meanings defined in Table 8. All reserved bits or words
are zero. Table 8 gives the definition for each field in the Identify-Drive information.

3. SN - Sector Number register
4. CY - Cylinder registers
5. DH - Drive/Head register
6. LBA - Logical Block Address mode supported (see command descriptions for use)
7. Y - The register contains a valid parameter for this command.
8. For the Drive/Head register:Y means both the NAND Controller and Head parameters are used;
D means only the NAND Controller parameter is valid and not the Head parameter.
