2.4. Display Mode
The LH155BA has 3 display modes.
One is for graphic display mode and one is for
segment display mode and the other is for icon
display mode. Since 3 modes can be used
independently by command, the suitable display
mode can be selected to drive the device with
minimum circuit for lower supply current operation.
2.4.1. GRAPHIC DISPLAY MODE
This mode is built in 64 x 128 bits SRAM and 64-
common x 128-segment output.
Graphic display's memory map is shown below.
When standby mode and sleep mode, power
supply circuit is stopped and output pin is specified

The memory for graphic display is accessed by 8
bits at one time.
