PMON (PERFORMANCE MONITORING)
The PMON module uses counters for performance monitoring and
failure/alarms integration. Table-51 shows the performance parameters
that the IDT82V2616 implements. Table-53 lists the failure/alarm signals
sent by alarm messages.
