Bit 7:
SMSQ: Receiver Smart Squelch Enable Bit
0: Receiver Smart Squelch is disabled.
1: Receiver Smart Squelch is enabled.

LINKINT: Link Integrity Function Enable Bit
Note: When enabled, the link integrity function will automatically disable the transmitter and receiver
and update LINKSTA (PHYCN.0) if a link failure is detected.
0: Link integrity function is disabled.
