DESCRIPTION
The M27C64Ais a high speed 65,536 bitUV eras-
able and electrically programmable memory
EPROMideally suited for microprocessorsystems
requiringlarge programs. It is organized as 8,192
by 8 bits.
The 28 pinWindow Ceramic Frit-Seal Dual-in-Line
package has transparentlid which allows the user
to expose the chip to ultraviolet light to erase the
bitpattern. Anewpatterncan then bewritten to the
device by followingthe programming procedure.
For applicationswherethe contentis programmed
only on time and erasure is not required, the
M27C64Ais offeredin Plastic Leaded Chip Carrier
package.
