The two instruction steps above reset the stopwatch timer.
(SWL3 to SWL0, SWH3 to SWH0 are all cleared to "0".)
The stopwatch timer is reset by setting "1" in the SWRST register.
However, the SWRST register is cleared to "0" by hardware 1
clock after it is set to "1".
