Scalable Solution
PROPANE
software dramatically increases last-mile capacity
of the existing broadband network. This increased capacity
becomes even more important when future node splits are
required due to total subscriber growth. In high-growth
markets cable operators often implement quad-splits, so that
four fiber nodes service the same area that a single node served
before the split. When this happens,
PROPANE
benefits scale
right along with it.
PROPANE
enables a 3× increase in
reverse path capacity as the network grows. In many cases,
these future capital requirements can also be subscriber
funded. Adding
