GENERAL DESCRIPTION
ML63512 and ML63514 are CMOS 4-bit single-chip microcontrollers using the high-performance OKI-original nX-4/250
4-Bit CPU core capable of byte processing instructions.
FEATURES
Basic Timing: Two clocks per machine cycle, with most instructions executed in one machine cycle.
Operating Frequency
Low-speed clock: 32.768kHz crystal oscillator or 30kHz to 80kHz RC oscillator (mask option)
High-speed clock: max.1MHz RC oscillator

ML63512: 4096 x 16Bit, ML63514: 8160 x 16Bit
