SPECIFICATIONS
INTRODUCTION
The MC68176 is fabricated in high density CMOS with Transistor-Transistor Logic
(TTL) compatible inputs and outputs. The MC68176 specifications are preliminary
and are from design simulations, and may not be fully tested or guaranteed at this
early stage of the product life cycle. Finalized specifications will be published after
full characterization and device qualifications are complete.
MAXIMUM RATINGS

This device contains circuitry protecting
against damage due to high static voltage or
electrical fields; however, normal precautions
should be taken to avoid exceeding maximum
voltage ratings. Reliability is enhanced if
