4. Recommended Screening Conditions
High-temperature aging is recommended as the pre-assembly screening procedure for a product with a blanked
OTPROM microcomputer program.
5. Programming Yield
All bits cannot be programmed at Fujitsu shipping test to a blanked OTPROM microcomputer, due to its nature.
For this reason, a programming yield of 100% cannot be assured at all times.
6. EPROM Programmer Socket Adapter

Note: Connect the ROM-100SQF-28DP-8L jumper pin to VSS when using.
Depending on the EPROM programmer, inserting a capacitor of about 0.1
F between VPP and VSS or
