Figure 6 shows the serial interface timing (example case: μP sends data, the data length
is Length = 2, by the Send_Data_withAck Command) in issuing Commands. Figure 7
shows the timing for SCK, SI and SO.
1. Wait for RDY to be RDY = H.
2. The μP will set CMD to CMD = H prior to issuing the Command.
3. Change SCK to H

H, and output Command ID (Send_Data_withAck) to SI. After
Command ID output, fix SCK to SCK = H.
4. Wait for RDY to be RDY = H, and then set CMD to CMD = L.
5. Change SCK to H

H, and output command data length of Send_Data_withAck
Command length (Length) to SI. After the output, fix SCK to SCK = H.
6. Wait for RDY to be RDY = H.
7. Change SCK to H
→
L
→
H, and output data (Data) to SI. After the output, fix SCK to SCK = H.
8. When RDY then becomes RDY = H, change SCK to H
→
L
→
H, and read out the hand-
shake (ACK) from SO.
