LTC3620E is guaranteed to meet specications from 0°C to 85°C
junction temperature. Specications over the –40°C to 85°C operating
junction temperature range are assured by design, characterization and
correlation with statistical process controls. Note that the maximum
ambient temperature consistent with these specications is determined by
specic operating conditions in conjunction with board layout, the rated
ELECTRICAL CHARACTERISTICS The l denotes the specications which apply over the full operating
junction temperature range, otherwise specications are for TA = 25°C (Note 2). VIN = 3.6V unless otherwise noted.

and power dissipation (PD, in Watts) according to the formula:
TJ = TA + (PD θJA), where θJA (in °C/W) is the package thermal
impedance.
Note 3: The LTC3620 is tested in a proprietary test mode that connects VFB
to the output of the error amplier.
Note 4: The DFN switch-on resistance is guaranteed by correlation to
wafer level measurements.
