protection operating time of about 2.1 seconds can be set
by connecting a capacitor (of about 0.047 μF) between this
pin and ground.

Connect a resistor between this pin and ground. The value
of that resistor must not be lower than 2.7 k
.

frequency.
Connect a capacitor between this pin and ground.
Set the value of the capacitor so that the oscillator
frequency does not exceed 1 MHz.
