Flash Registers and Memory Map
The HMS99C51S/52S/54S/56S/58S Flash memory uses several registers for its management:
Hardware registers can only be accessed through the parallel programming modes which are han-
dled by the parallel programmer.
Hardware Register
The only hardware register of the HMS99C51S/52S/54S/56S/58S is called Hardware Security Byte(HSB).
1 : Unprogrammed
0 : Programmed
Note:
HSB can be read but can not be programmed in ISP Mode and only programmable by specific tools.
