介質耐電壓:100V-1000V范圍內,可承受1.5倍額定電壓。1000V以上:可承受1.2倍額定電壓?! ?br />電壓越高,所能做出的容量越低,生產周期4-6周
高壓貼片電容特性:
1.等效串聯(lián)電阻(ESR)小,阻抗(Z)低,與同等鉭電容或者鋁電解電容相比,ESR小幾十倍,能量利用率高,發(fā)熱小,價格低。 2.品種,規(guī)格齊全,體積小。容量從10pF到47uF,耐壓從10V-6000V,體積最小可以達到1X0.5mm.
3.無極性,可以使用在存在非常高的紋波電路或交流電路,而且裝配更為方便。
4.性能穩(wěn)定,即使被擊穿也不會燃燒,安全性高。
應用于電子精密儀器。各種小型電子設備作諧振、耦合、濾波、旁路。
低容量電容NP0材料(10-6800pF):適用頻率1-100MHz
1.溫度系數:0±30ppm/℃,-55℃~125℃;
2.電容量漂移:不超過±0.3%或±0.05pF(取較大者)。
3.老化特性:無
高容量電容X7R材料(6800pF以上):適用頻率不超過10KHz
1.溫度特性:不超過±15%,-55℃~125℃。
2.老化特性:每10年變化1%ΔC,表現(xiàn)為10年變化約5%。
工作溫度為環(huán)境溫度與元件本體溫升之和。
降額設計
設計者在選用電容器工作電壓時,應考慮施加在電容器兩端的直流電壓與交流電壓峰值之和不能超過額定電壓。為保證產品及線路的可靠性,在實際設計時建議降額使用

電容器設計類別溫度范圍有−55℃~125℃、−55℃~85℃兩種,設計者必須確保工作溫度符合此范圍。為延長電容器的使用壽命,推薦工作溫度限制在低于上限類別溫度10℃~15℃。設計者考慮電容器的
