Monitor Options (08H: D4-D0)
The AK4703 has several monitors for the input DC level of VCR slow blanking, the input DC level of VCR fast blanking
and signals input to TVVIN or VCRVIN pins. SVCR1-0 bits, FVCR bit, VCMON bit and TVMON bit are reflected to
these values.
SVCR1-0: VCR Slow blanking status monitor
SVCR1-0 bits reflect the voltage at VCRSB pin only when the VCRSB is in the input mode.
When the VCRSB is in the output mode, SVCR1-0 bits hold previous value.
