nection to flat cable (EEMS; AS-i and
external auxiliary voltage)
The U-G1FFA base allows slaves to be con-
nected to AS-i with additional supply
(EEMS). It has one connection type to AS-
Interface and an other one to auxiliary po-
wer, which are not interconnected. When
mounting the upper part (module or cover
VAZ-DK-G1) the flat cable will be pressed in
the contact prongs and are thereby connec-
ted.
Moreover, an integrated addressing jack
can be used to configure the upper part in
the wired AS-i network. In this case, the
controller indicates Alarm Config“, since
the slave is disconnected from the supply.
After removing the addressing plug, the
controller restarts independently.
