Note:
The circuit in Figure 2 was simulated for correct oper-
ation using standard MOSFET models based on International
Rectifier devices. Specific simulation models were based on
the IRF150 and IRF9140 devices. Actual devices used in this
circuit may yield different operational characteristics. Care is
left to the designer as to the applicability of different circuit
components, and their impact on the correct functioning of
this circuit.
Suggested MOSFET components would be Interna-
tional Rectifier IRLML6302 for the P-Channel and
IRLML2402 for the N-Channel. Other devices by alter-
nate vendors can be substituted in this circuit, as long
as the input/output logic levels and device characteris-
tics are similar to the International Rectifier parts.
