The functions used to control the LCD display are contained in the LIB\Rabbit3000\
DISPLAYS\GRAPHIC.LIB
library. When x and y coordinates on the display screen are
specified, x can range from 0 to 121, and y can range from 0 to 31. These numbers repre-
sent pixels from the top left corner of the display.
Initializes the display devices, clears the screen.
