PROM Read Procedure
The contents of PROM are readable to the external data bus (D0-D7) according to the read procedure shown below.

Fix the RESET pin at low level, supply +5 V to the V
PP
pin, and connect all other unused pins as shown in
“PIN CONFIGURATIONS (TOP VIEW) (2) PROM programming mode”.
Supply +5 V to the V

Input address of read data into the A0 to A14 pins.
Read mode
Output data to D0 to D7 pins.
